A feminine leader connotates a fight for independence because of the historical treatment and comprehension of what a woman was. Women were merely a homely object for a man to purchase, which entailed his financial and social class in society. To imagine women leading in society historically would be laughable as they were positioned as the carers of their husbands and children, while the men were to worry about providing and participating in the social structure of society being shaped by them, determining it a ‘man’s world’.
The lack of understanding of leadership roles for females historically and submission in the modern age enforces the feminist movement facing resistance. To lead and uphold submission simultaneously is the power of a woman, the comprehension of leadership that emasculates the masculine in headship. To interpret words from a feminine view and act upon them, instead of adopting the masculine interpretation and transforming the female to be identical to the male.
The new-aged movement of feminine leaders can either transform women from insecure/low self-esteem due to historical interpretation of their gender purpose to be of no vital value to society and to focus on catering for their husband, children, and home, to a charged high self-esteem egotistical masculine depending on their approach and comprehension of what leadership is. Although women had a slight influence on society historically due to their way of raising their children and had the potential to influence societal structures, they were not given the dynamic experience within the society like a masculine to be able to provide new aged thinking for their children to explore other avenues of agency within a societal structure. Finding the middle between high and low self-esteem becomes the balance to the historical ‘man’s world’ from transforming into the new aged ‘woman’s world’.
The identity of gender for a female historically was based on being a good wife conformed to the understanding of what a good wife was. To cater for the man and display the characteristics of obedience to what a good wife was. It was not considered what the right wife was for that man or the appropriate husband for that woman, because individuality was scarce. Like anything when one way of living gets exhausting and becomes disliked, the extreme opposite approach is gravitated towards. Modern-age individuality is perceived as independence and dominance for the feminine, based on previous generalized experiences with being a woman, which confined the female to a limited way of life. However, individuality does not have to be a dominant approach to independence, it can be interpreted as a unique expression that is the signature of that person, just as artists and writers who can be identified by their expression alone have mastered the art of individualism. This aids in finding the right husband instead of a husband, while simultaneously finding the right position in life instead of the limited position of being a wife and mother alone. The intriguing search becomes a wider approach to life to attain various positions, not limited to a wife and mother. Not the race to attain what is expected of you as a female in a superior general society. However, finding your unique expression to share with the world through multiple avenues from service to relationships and connections in a tailored community. Despite the influences your husband has on you, understanding the luxury of individualism in modern-aged living, that didn’t exist historically. This requires a balanced self-esteem and faith that you’re enough exactly the way you choose your unique expression to be for the right man for you.
To lead and submit simultaneously is a feminine approach towards headship, where compassion and nurture are at the forefront of leaders, requiring a woman for guidance due to the feminine approach. Aiding females to find their positions as leaders is to understand the strengths and weaknesses of males. To fill the gaps referred to as the male’s weakness determining the female’s strengths and participate in leadership.
Feminine submission is not the surrender to the masculine, although gratification for the strengths they possess females surrender too, while assuming leadership in the areas of the men's weaknesses. It is not a battle between the sexes, although a united participation of both genders with opposing strengths and weaknesses is required in leadership roles.
As leading women, the cruciality of noticing the strengths women possess that men lack lay in their compassionate approach to relieving hurt, conflicts, and disputes from an objective perspective, as the skill of a mother requires detachment from emotions towards their children to the resolution for their troubles. Implementing the natural skills and abilities of females in leading positions establishes the importance of women in leadership roles. Simultaneously understanding the submissive nature of a woman relieves the battle to be seen due to the comprehension of how to be a leading woman in a society shared with men.
Converting, the fight to be equal or battle to be seen to the attraction of the need for women to be seen as equal to men, approving their rights in their distinct abilities men can admire. By seeking and establishing their core strengths and submitting to the masculine’s strengths, leading men, to follow in surrendering to the strength of the feminine that reveals to them their weaknesses. Women understanding their difficulties and submitting inspires men to comprehend and admit to their limitations and yield.

However, low self-esteem creates the moulding of a woman to suit the man’s desires, stemming from the aspiration of finding a husband, not the right husband.
To find balance in the middle is to appreciate the historical general interpretation, although adding to it with the liberation of individualism. To understand the importance of individualism and generalization simultaneously. To tweak the understanding instead of opposing it, creating a battle between ideologies instead of addition, that is evolution.
Overall, recognizing the feminist revolution as an addition to the interpretation of what women were required to be instead of a fight for change inspires growth, not a fight battling the opposing gender. Historically women were limited from contact with society let alone the development of its structure, unable to be educated or instructed and reviewed as the keepers of a man’s home. The transformation of women’s role has ascended to a woman now able to acquire a leadership position in society and the workforce. The feminine was not satisfied with their previous role’s interpretation and fought for their right to be educated, teach, and join the workforce, continued to battle for equality, wanting to be treated and do everything the man could do. Due to having only one example of how to run as beings from a society infiltrated by masculine influence, women focused on how to be viewed like the men instead of what describes a woman from inspiration within of how they can find and tweak their unique generalized view to be a fulfilling version, creating their interpretations of what words mean from a feminine perspective, changing the trajectory of the view of what each role in society entails from a feminist outlook, furthermore, excelling equality by revealing their worth in society to be of value and immensely required, encouraging women to step out of their homes and into the service force.
Approaching, the feminist movement with the understanding of a revolution to gender equality to be recognized as the distinct strengths, skills, and gifts women have and want to share with a wider community that men cannot offer assists in evolving the movement. Displaying leadership qualities and broadening interpretations of societal roles, merely because a woman is doing it aids men to recognise the equality between them logically and rationally. To force men to recognise the equality between them and women as identical is a struggle due to a man's logical and rational method of analysis, clearly noticing women as significantly different from men. Assuming they cannot do what, men can and should stay home, rightfully so, although they do not have to stay home but can admit they cannot do what a man can do. This is the art of leadership and submission simultaneously, admission to the obvious although taking charge of unique abilities and skills to be shared.
Humbly leading and submitting simultaneously transforms low self-esteem/insecurity from ‘not enough’ mentality femininity developed from historical dissatisfaction of their roles to balanced self-worth not reaching a high level of self-esteem. To aim for a high self-esteem is to give in to the ego which induces a hyper-masculine energy and prevails the masculine world despite the woman’s participation in society.
